THERAPY FOR ADULTS

As humans we all have our own vulnerabilities, insecurities, and desires, and each of us have our own unique history. Working with a counselor is a tool of empowerment and validation that allows us to meet our goals, create self-awareness, and foster positive change. We can get out of balance with life's messiness and struggle to adapt to our ever-changing surroundings and circumstances. We work with clients to find healing and growth in a safe and trusting environment. We have worked with clients in the following areas:
